Put your own brand on the strap, the label and the carton

We manufacture for importers, distributors and brands who sell under their own name. Your colour, your logo, your article numbers, your packaging — made in our own factory, from your trial quantity upward.

What you can change

Eight things that can carry your brand or your specification

Most OEM projects use three or four of these. You can start with one — usually the label — and add the rest as volume grows.

01

Webbing colour

Any colour from a physical swatch or a Pantone reference, dyed in our own dye house rather than bought in.

02

Woven-in logo

Your brand woven into the webbing as it is made — the most durable identity and the hardest to counterfeit.

03

Printed webbing

A logo or a repeat pattern printed onto the strap, in one or more colours, for a lighter footprint than weaving.

04

Labels & barcodes

Sewn labels carrying your brand, article number, size, capacity, standard and a barcode of your choosing.

05

Retail packaging

Poly bag, euro hole, hang tag, colour box, printed master carton — shelf-ready for your market.

06

Hardware

Ratchet buckle, cam buckle, J-hook, double-J hook, flat snap hook, swan hook, chain end, E-track end — in the finish you specify.

07

Dimensions

Width, length and thickness made to your drawing, including non-standard widths that are not in any catalogue.

08

Brand collateral

Colour card, specification sheet and product photography supplied for your own catalogue or website.

Levels of customisation

How much set-up your project needs

Customisation is not one switch — it is a scale. Each step up gives you a stronger brand and needs a little more set-up, which is why the trial quantity rises with it. Find the level that matches what you sell today, and move up when the volume is there.

Exact minimum quantities depend on the product and the colour, and are confirmed on the quotation. Mixed containers are welcome at every level.

Ask about your specification

Plain / stockOur own specification, our own colours, no brand applied. The lowest quantity and the shortest lead time — the right starting point for a trial order.
Printed label onlyYour brand printed on the sewn label, product otherwise stock. Fastest way to put a brand on a product with almost no set-up.
Printed webbing or custom colourA custom webbing colour, a printed logo, or both. Requires a dye or print set-up, so the trial quantity is higher.
Woven-in logoYour brand woven into the webbing during production. Highest set-up of all, the most durable result, and the level most brand owners move to once volume is steady.
Full retail programmeCustom webbing, woven or printed logo, your label, your packaging, your article numbers — a product that is entirely yours from the strap to the carton.
How an OEM project runs

From your artwork to your container

01

Enquiry and specification

Send the product, the size, the quantity, your artwork and a photo of anything you sell today. We reply with the set-up involved and the trial quantity it needs.

02

Counter-sample

We make a physical sample with your colour and logo so you can approve the real thing, not a drawing. This is the step that prevents a container of the wrong colour.

03

Approval in writing

You approve the counter-sample and we freeze the specification: colour reference, artwork file, measurements, label text and packing.

04

Weaving, dyeing and making

The batch enters our own weaving, dyeing, cutting and sewing lines — which is why a colour correction, if one is ever needed, is a phone call rather than a shipment.

05

Inspection and documentation

Break-strength pull test, batch record, declaration of conformity and your packing list, plus third-party inspection if you want it.

06

Shipment and re-order

We keep your specification and your artwork on file, so the second order is a repeat of the first — not a new project with new surprises.

Vector artworkAI, EPS, PDF or SVG. This is what we prefer — it scales to any strap width without the edges going soft.
Raster artworkPNG or JPG at the largest size available. We redraw it and send the result back for approval before production.
Colour referenceA physical swatch, a Pantone number, or both. A screen colour is not a colour reference for webbing.
Thread coloursA Pantone reference for the woven-in logo. We can also match an existing product you send us.
Label textBrand, article number, size, capacity, standard and any warning text your market requires.
Artwork & colour

What to send, and why it matters

Nine out of ten OEM problems are colour or artwork problems, and every one of them is preventable before the loom starts. Send us a vector file and something physical to match, and the counter-sample will look like the product you approved.

  • Send vector, not a screenshot — soft edges become obvious once they are woven at 50 mm.
  • Send something physical for colour — a swatch or an existing product, not a screen colour.
  • We redraw and return — you approve the artwork before anything is produced.
  • We keep it on file — a re-order uses the same artwork, so the second container matches the first.
Why it matters

We weave the webbing ourselves — that is what makes OEM work

A trader orders a colour from a mill and hopes. We run 60 weaving machines and 10 imported MULLER looms, so the colour, the width and the break strength are set in our own building.

01

Colour under our control

Your colour is matched and dyed here, so a correction is a decision inside the factory — not a negotiation with a third-party mill.

02

Non-standard sizes are normal

A width that is not in any catalogue is a set-up on our loom, not a rejection. Tell us the measurement and we will weave it.

03

Your design stays yours

We do not resell your artwork, your packaging or your article numbers, and we do not photograph your branded goods for our own use.

Questions we are asked

OEM & private label — FAQ

Can you put our logo on the strap?+

Yes — three ways. Woven into the webbing itself, printed onto the webbing, or printed on the sewn label. Woven-in logos are the most durable and are what most brand owners choose for a permanent identity; printed labels are the cheapest and the fastest to change.

What artwork do you need?+

A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is ideal. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the largest version you have and we will redraw it and send the result back for approval before anything is woven. For colour, a Pantone reference or a physical swatch is better than a screen colour.

What is the smallest quantity for a private-label order?+

Plain stock items start from a few hundred pieces. A custom webbing colour or a woven-in logo needs a larger trial quantity because the loom and the dye bath have to be set up for you. The table on this page gives the levels — the exact figure for your specification is confirmed on the quotation.

Do you make retail packaging?+

Yes. Poly bags with a euro hole, printed hang tags, colour boxes, barcode labels and ready-to-sell master cartons are all part of normal private-label work. Send your packaging artwork or a photo of what you sell now.

Will our design stay confidential?+

Yes. We do not sell your design, your artwork or your packaging to anyone else, and we do not photograph your branded product for our own catalogue without written permission.

Can you match a colour from a competitor product or a swatch?+

Yes. Send a physical swatch or a sample and we match it against our dye bath, then send a counter-sample for your approval. Screen colours and paper references are not reliable enough for webbing, which is why we ask for something physical.

Can you supply under our own brand without any reference to your factory?+

Yes — this is ordinary private-label work. The product, the label and the carton carry your brand and your article numbers, and nothing identifies the factory to your customer.
