Load restraint and lifting slings built to AS/NZS standards
Australia and New Zealand put the duty on everyone in the chain — importer, loader, operator and driver. The paperwork is not optional, so we treat it as part of the product. Straps to AS/NZS 4380, flat slings to AS 1353.1, round slings to AS 4497, chain slings to AS 3775.1 — manufactured in our own 8,700 m² factory in Zhejiang, China.

What is on the label
Australian site inspections fail on labels more often than on the product. Every sling and strap we ship for AU/NZ can be marked with the full set:
- Manufacturer name and country of origin
- The standard number — AS/NZS 4380, AS 1353.1, AS 4497.1 or AS 3775.1
- WLL or Lashing Capacity, and the capacity for choke and basket hitches
- Colour code matching the rated capacity
- Length, date of manufacture and a unique serial number
What travels with the shipment
- Declaration of conformity against the standard you specify
- Batch pull-test report linked to the serial numbers on the goods
- TÜV GS certificates for our ratchet tie downs (S 50594629) and flat webbing slings (S 50594633)
- TÜV CERT DIN EN ISO 9001 quality management certificate
- Packing list, invoice and certificate of origin for customs
How an AU/NZ order is placed
Tell us the standard
Send the standard number, the rating system (LC or WLL) and the marking your buyer requires. If you only have a photo of the old tag, that is enough to start.
Sample and statement
We send a free evaluation sample with the label and the written compliance statement, so you can check the marking before you commit to a container.
Production and documents
Batch production with pull testing, then the certificate pack for your shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) can be arranged at our factory.
Send us your AU/NZ specification
Standard number, capacity, length, end fitting and quantity — we will come back with price, lead time and the document list within 12 hours.
