Manufacturer, not a trader

We weave our own polyester webbing, so widths, colours and break strength are ours to control — and to correct.

Not sure what you need?

Send a photo of the strap you are replacing, or the load you are securing. That is usually enough.

What makes a quotation accurate the first time

The more of this you have, the fewer emails it takes. If you do not know some of it, send what you have — we size the rest with you.

  • What it is for — securing a load, lifting a component, towing, or a retail product you resell.
  • Size or capacity — width and length, or the working load limit you must reach.
  • Standard — EN 12195-2, EN 1492, AS/NZS 4380, ASME B30.9, or your own specification.
  • Quantity — per size, and whether it is a trial run or a repeat order.
  • Packing — bulk, poly bag, hang tag, colour box or your own artwork.
  • Destination — port or city, and the Incoterm you buy on.
ProductRatchet tie down strap, winch strap, cam buckle strap, round sling, flat webbing sling, endless sling, chain, wire rope or rigging hardware.
SizeWidth (25 / 35 / 38 / 50 / 75 / 100 mm), length in metres, and the end fitting — J-hook, double-J hook, flat snap hook, swan hook, chain end, E-track or plain.
CapacityLashing capacity (LC) in daN for straps, or working load limit (WLL) in kg / t for slings. If you only know the load weight we will size it with you.
StandardEN 12195-2, EN 1492-1, EN 1492-2, AS/NZS 4380, ASME B30.9 — or your own customer specification.
Quantity & packingPieces per size and how you want them packed: bulk carton, poly bag, hang tag, colour box or retail-ready master carton.
DestinationPort or city, plus the Incoterm you buy on (FOB, CIF, DAP). This decides the freight part of the quotation.

Order confirmed, production scheduled

We confirm the specification in writing, put the batch into the weaving and sewing schedule and give you a realistic completion date.

05

Inspection, documents and shipment

Break-strength test records, declaration of conformity and packing list are issued with the goods. Third-party inspection is welcome before the container is sealed.

Quotation terms at a glance

Clear terms, written into the quotation

We would rather put the awkward details — MOQ, sampling, payment, lead time — in writing at the quotation stage than surprise you at the order stage. Everything below is confirmed per order, and the quotation you receive states the figures that apply to yours.

Questions we are asked

Quotations — FAQ

How fast will I get a price?+

Within 12 hours on working days, and usually the same day. If your enquiry is complete — product, size, quantity — we can often answer with a price and a production date in one reply instead of going back and forth.

What do you need from me to quote accurately?+

Five things: what the product is, the width and length (or the working load limit), the standard it must meet, the quantity, and the destination port. If you only have a sample or a photo, send that — it is enough to start.

Do you send samples, and what do they cost?+

Yes. Stock samples are free; you pay only the courier. Custom samples — your colour, your logo, your label — are charged at a sample price and credited back against the first production order.

What is your minimum order quantity?+

It depends on how much is custom. Plain stock items start from a few hundred pieces; a custom webbing colour or a woven-in logo has a higher trial quantity because of the set-up. The table on this page shows the difference.

Can you quote in a currency other than USD?+

Quotations are normally issued in USD. If you need EUR, GBP or another currency, say so in the enquiry and we will quote in it, with the exchange basis stated on the quotation.

Do you supply CE documentation with lashing straps?+

Yes. Lashing straps are marked and tested to EN 12195-2 where applicable, and we supply the declaration of conformity, the test report and the packing list with the shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) is welcome.
